The report into the Australian automotive industry, conducted by a panel headed by Steve Bracks, was due to be handed to the Federal Government on 31 July 2008. It is anticipated that the report will be released to the public shortly. The HWL Ebsworth Automotive Industry Group will issue an update once the report is published.
